Optional Life Insurance

In the case of a loss of life, this insurance would be paid out to the beneficiary.

Optional AD&D

Accidents do happen and if tragedy strikes, this optional insurance provides coverage in the case of accidental death, dismemberment, brain death or loss of speech, sight, or hearing.
