Dental Care
Dental care is a core benefit that can be customized for a variety of combinations of benefit levels, deductibles or co-insurance levels in order to meet your needs. Start with the basic plan and add on major restorative and/or orthodontic coverage as required.
Basic and Preventive Plan: This includes regular dental check-ups, cleanings, extractions, Bruxing guards (aka night guards) and fillings. Endodontic treatment (root canal) and periodontal treatment (gum disease) are covered at the basic level as well.
Major Restorative: This plan includes bridges, crowns, implants and more.
Orthodontic Coverage: This plan is for all adults and dependents.
Our Dental includes:
- 24-Month Survivor benefit clause which allows dependent family members of a deceased employee to continue dental insurance.
- Options for the number of check-ups covered per year.
- Specialist fees covered at the fee guide schedule plus 10%.
- Coverage terminates at the age of 85 or earlier retirement.
