The COVID-19 Money Navigator is a new help/chat line offered by Family Services of Greater Vancouver (FSGV) so you can access information from qualified individuals regarding money and finances, in relation to
- government services and benefits which are currently offered at the provincial and federal level,
- options available to you to help deal with the burden of debt, and
- learning the skills to develop a formalized budget so that you can save money.
The COVID-19 Money Navigator Hot Line, at 1-800-609-3202, connects you with a Money Navigator Coach who can help address the issues causing your financial stress.
The free service offers support and education to those who want to discuss their financial issues confidentially. Service is available in a number of different languages. Please share this resource with your team.
